Add each tenant with their phone number. They sign in with that number and see their own lease, and no one else's.

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Import your units and tenants from an Excel or CSV file, or a PDF with text in it. You see every line that was read, and the reason any line could not be imported.
Is Maskani available in Arabic?
Yes. Each person chooses Arabic or English, and in Arabic the screens read right to left. Your tenant can use Arabic while you use English.
How do my tenants pay?
However they pay you today: Benefit, a bank transfer, a cheque, cash or a card. You record each payment against the charges it covers, and your tenant sees on their phone what is paid and what is still due.
What happens to my tenants' ID documents?
They stay on the tenant's record, and only the people you have given that permission can open them. A tenant sees their own, and no one else's.
Can I try a paid plan first?
Yes, once for each account. Each paid plan's card shows how long you can use it before your first invoice, and you can change plans later.
Who sees my properties and tenants?
Only the people you add to your team, with the role you give each one. A tenant sees only their own lease.
I manage properties for a company. Does Maskani support that?
Yes. Set up the company, add your colleagues with their roles, and keep its properties separate from your own. Each plan's card shows how many members it includes.
